Philips GC 9545 Boiler Iron Not Working Due to Spare Parts Shortage
My Philips gc 9545 boiler iron's water tank is completely broken. I attempted to take it to an authorized repair shop, but they informed me that they cannot help me because the replacement part for my model has never been manufactured. Could you believe it? They are essentially telling me that I must discard a perfectly functional iron because they lack the necessary replacement parts. That is simply ridiculous! It is improper to discard something that could still be useful if only the necessary parts were available. Plus, it's really frustrating to have to deal with this kind of situation as a customer. It's like they don't care at all about our satisfaction or needs. I hope that companies like Philips can do better in the future.
