No Help from Philips Customer Support for My Leaking Coffee Machine
Customer service for Philips home appliances is a nightmare. It's a dreadful system. I will never buy or recommend Philips products again. I only bought a 5400 series fully automatic coffee machine two weeks ago, and it's already leaking. I need to report this problem, but there is no central support location. I've tried calling customer service, but no one picks up. There is a WhatsApp complaint line, and I messaged them at 11 a.m., but I haven't received a response as of 5:20 p.m. This system is extremely frustrating. I had high expectations from Philips, especially given the price I paid for their product. It's disappointing that they don't seem to care about the problems of their customers. This experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth that I will never forget.
