Philips Faulty Iron and Unreliable Customer Service
We purchased a Philips iron towards the end of last year, but within just 2 weeks, it started leaking water. The same issue occurred three times, prompting us to request a replacement with a new iron. It took approximately 3 weeks for our request to be approved. However, even after 1.5 months, we still haven't received the new iron. We've called the service center at least 10 times, but they keep stalling us, claiming it's in the approval stage. If we didn't have an old iron at home, our clothes would be full of wrinkles. The customer service is truly unbelievably poor. I have never experienced such treatment from any other brand's service center. I demand a faster resolution.
