On November 25, 2022, I purchased a Philips 5000 shaver, but when I opened it to clean the swivel heads, one of them had split from the weld on the cutting section. This is obviously a manufacturing flaw, not my responsibility. When I went to the Philips office to get it fixed, they informed me that it was not covered under warranty. Feeling really dissatisfied with Philips' terrible customer service. They should accept responsibility for their defective goods and offer to repair it for free. They'd rather offer me three swivel heads when I just need one. This review is being written to warn people about the faulty Philips 5000 shaver and the company's poor customer support.
