When I bought it, I made sure to get a warranty that would cover me for 5 years. But when I reached out to customer service about the rusty blades, they surprisingly told me that blade rust isn't included in the warranty. It's so confusing - the product says it won't rust, but then it does, and all of a sudden, there's no warranty. It's not only about lying in their ads; it's about them avoiding taking responsibility. They give false information to customers and then refuse to take responsibility.
