Pegasus PC1180 Flight Was Unbearably Noisy and Disruptive
On March 5, 2025, I flew on Pegasus Airlines flight PC1180 from Manchester (11:45) to Istanbul (18:50), and it was one of the worst flight experiences of my life. A large group of men spent the entire four-hour flight being extremely loud and disruptive. What started as casual conversations escalated into shouting, swearing, and inappropriate jokes. The situation got worse because the cabin crew failed to intervene or enforce any order.
The aisle remained crowded with passengers constantly walking back and forth to chat with their friends, making the flight both uncomfortable and unsettling. I could clearly hear conversations happening three rows ahead. If I had known this would happen, I would have gladly paid extra to fly with another airline. Pegasus, your crew’s failure to control this chaos is unacceptable. I demand an explanation and expect stricter enforcement of passenger conduct on future flights. This was not just unpleasant—it was outright disturbing.
