Pegasus Changed Flight Time Without Notice - I Missed Connection
On November 9, 2025, I experienced a serious inconvenience during my Pegasus flights from Prague to Istanbul and then from Istanbul to Gaziantep. My Istanbul–Gaziantep flight was rescheduled from 20:15 to 19:55 without any notification. Even though I had purchased both flights together as a connected itinerary, the schedule change caused me to miss my connecting flight. When I contacted Pegasus customer service, I only received a dismissive “it can happen” response and no solution was offered. I was rebooked on another flight, but it departed three hours later, causing me to arrive at my destination much later than planned and suffer significant inconvenience. I request compensation for the extra waiting time and distress caused, as well as an official apology for the disruption. My reservation number is PC2408.
