Pegasus Airlines Crew Made Me Feel Humiliated, Flight Service Was Unacceptable

On my Pegasus Airlines flight from Manchester to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen on December 9, 2024 (flight at 14:10), I ordered a main course and wine from the menu. However, the male flight attendants gave me condescending looks, making me so uncomfortable that I couldn’t eat my meal. Feeling judged and humiliated during a flight is unacceptable.
Additionally, the plane was not clean. There was gum stuck to the tray table in front of me, which another passenger also noticed. Toward the end of the flight, I suspected the crew smoked in the restroom. Sitting directly behind it, I observed strange behavior 20 minutes before landing. Moreover, restroom access was denied for extended periods, and when I inquired in Turkish, the crew responded in English despite understanding me.
The staff’s attitude was dismissive, and I felt looked down upon for ordering my meal. I returned the food uneaten and felt deeply insulted. Pegasus Airlines must address these issues immediately, including the poor service and inappropriate crew behavior. I will not fly with Pegasus again and plan to share this experience widely.
