On January 3, 2023, Pegasus flight PC2736 from SAW to Kayseri couldn't take place. The fact that the airline didn't send us a text message or do anything else to let us know that our flight was going to be delayed by an hour because of bad weather was pretty disappointing. At 11:10, they finally put the most up-to-date information on the flight screen, which showed that we would be leaving at 12:05 instead. But when it was 12 o'clock, we had to wait another 45 minutes before we could get on our plane. And now it's 14:46, and we're still waiting and nowhere near ready to take off. On top of everything else, there is no water service, which is a real shame because everyone should be able to get something to drink on such a long trip. I really don't think Pegasus is worth it, so if you're going to fly with them again, I'd suggest giving them a good hard look!
