My Pegasus Airlines Trip Ended in Regret And Financial Loss

I made a mistake by flying with Pegasus Airlines on November 11, 2023, PC996 at 15:50 from Frankfurt to Sabiha Gökçen. We managed to land at Sabiha Gökçen Airport on November 12, 2023, at 05:00 a.m. We weren't even provided with water on the plane, and the employees showed no interest. Ground services acted as if they were mocking the passengers. The car rental service connected to this flight, as well as all my subsequent plans and service purchases, became invalid, and my payments went to waste. At 5 o'clock, I had to take a taxi to my accommodation using my own means, and Pegasus did not provide any refund. There was no effort made to address my grievances.
