On July 15th, 2024, our Pegasus Airlines flight from Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) to Dalaman (DLM), originally scheduled for 10:50 PM, was first delayed to 11:15 PM, and then to 11:30 PM. It's now 12:03 AM, and we still haven't taken off. With no buses available from our arrival point to our accommodation, we opted for a flight to ensure a quicker and more comfortable journey. Unfortunately, I'm deeply disappointed with this experience. We also purchased our return tickets from Pegasus, which adds to my frustration. This was my first time choosing Pegasus, and I regret it.
