I'm furious about what happened to me on Pegasus Airlines flight PC2816. The flight was supposed to leave Sabiha Gokcen for Trabzon on March 2, 2023, at 9:00, but because of bad weather, it landed at Samsun airport around 12:00. Pegasus Airlines decided to send us to Trabzon by bus instead of continuing the flight as planned. What's the point of buying a plane ticket if we're just going to be crammed onto a bus halfway through the trip? I'm saddened by how unprofessional this airline is. I won't buy another ticket from them ever again. Even worse, I was traveling with my parents, who were 80 years old, and we didn't know how to send them by bus. Pegasus Airlines, on the other hand, didn't seem to care about our situation and put us on a bus. I'm very upset and determined to get money for the trouble and troublemaking.
