Pegasus Airlines Disrespects Its Customers and Does Not Care About Them

Pegasus's customer service department treats its clients with a lot of disdain. The app has been broken for a very long time now; I haven't been able to buy extra tickets or checked bags for a very long time. In my most recent attempt to purchase, my credit card was charged twice but no ticket was issued. To register my complaint, I used the number 07993217. However, when I called PGS customer service to report the refund and application issue, the representative on the phone told me that "if I am having so many problems, then I can buy a ticket from another company." Another thing is that the same customer service rep told me there was nothing they could do because I was the only one having issues and nobody else was. The quality of Pegasus's solutions and service policy, as well as the value they offer, have become painfully obvious to me. I've flown with PGS for years, and despite having a problem once, the company did nothing to resolve the situation. Even though I requested a refund, I have not received any money back as of yet.
