Pegasus Airlines Fails to Address Customer Concerns and Refund Requests

Pegasus provides zero quality care and attention to customers and ignores their demands. When we were late for our flight, we paid the difference at the box office. They requested cash, which we provided, but the staff failed to process the transaction correctly. As a result, we couldn't see the ticket we had just purchased in the online application and ended up paying for the ticket a second time.

We asked them to review the camera footage to confirm they received the cash. We made two refund requests, but each time the phone rang twice before being hung up, and no one has called back yet. Ticket prices, fines, and additional fees are all controlled by Pegasus, with no state oversight, allowing them to exploit customers' obligations. Are you holding onto the citizens' money? It seems you hired untrained personnel who cannot do their jobs, and the administrators are negligent. Give me my money back, please.
