Pegasus Withdrew My Payment Without Issuing a Ticket - Never Refunded It
On April 4, 2025, I wanted to buy a ticket from Pegasus Online transactions. When I went to the payment screen, the application gave an error and asked for confirmation again, this error was repeated 3-4 times. Afterwards, I saw that only the price of the ticket with the PNR number ESDSZ7 was fixed in the application, even though the money was withdrawn from the card. Thereupon, I called customer service and asked them to fix it. The customer representative said that the withdrawal was made without a transaction, the fee would be refunded within 24 hours, but I had to buy the ticket with the same PNR number and the price was fixed again. Unfortunately, I did this out of trust and I have not been able to get my money back for 1.5 months. I called dozens of times, they said it would be refunded within 24 hours, then they said 48, then they said 3 days, and each time I called they gave me a different time. If they did this to 100 people every day and processed this money for months without refunding, I cannot imagine the extent of this unfair profit.
