Pegasus Airlines Charged Me Twice For Baggage and Ignored My Customer Service Requests
Pegasus Airlines is really driving me crazy. When I booked my trip, I paid extra for extra baggage allowance. However, when I arrived at the check-in counter, they informed me that it wasn't displaying in their system. I was told to pay again for the identical bags, but they still wouldn't honor the confirmation email. Employees were condescending and unhelpful, providing no answers or alternatives beyond directing the consumer to the entirely unresponsive customer support department. For the last two weeks, I've emailed several times without a response. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service from an airline. This is my final flight on Pegasus. I'm done with them.
