Pegasus Airlines Separated My Paid Reserved Seats and Gave No Customer Support
In my experience, Pegasus is the worst. I got email confirmation and paid extra for reserved seats so that my friend and I could sit together. However, our seats were given differently when we checked in, thereby dividing us. The employees were really impolite and did not give any help when I brought this up; instead, they advised me to call customer support. Over the past five days, I have contacted their main office on several occasions; however, every time I have gotten an automatic response stating that my matter is "under investigation." This airline has continuously bad service and a useless customer service number. Never again will I fly with them.
