Pegasus Airlines seriously let me down. On two separate flights, both my suitcase and my mother’s were damaged. I filed two official complaints — #13219839 and #13156891 — with photos and detailed reports clearly proving the damage. Despite all this, Pegasus continues to ignore our complaints, dragging the process out with meaningless email replies and refusing to take responsibility.

My luggage didn’t just have a broken handle — the wheel was also shattered, and Pegasus has all the photo evidence to prove it. Yet, instead of owning up to their mistake, they’re trying to blame us for the damage. As for the second suitcase, the wheel was completely torn off. It’s completely unusable, yet they still won’t offer a proper resolution.

Their so-called “guest services” team has done nothing but mock my situation with passive, dismissive responses. I feel like they’re deliberately trying to wear me down so I’ll give up. I’m exhausted and fed up with this treatment.

I’ve remained silent during past issues with this airline, but this time is different. I won’t allow Pegasus to continue mistreating loyal passengers. If they don’t replace or repair our suitcases and refund the ₺ equivalent of the damage, I’ll never fly with them again and will strongly advise everyone I know to stay away from Pegasus.

My next trip is coming up and now I don’t even have luggage to use, thanks to them. This level of carelessness and customer neglect is unacceptable. Fix it — or lose a customer for good.
