Pegasus Airlines Didn't Let Us Board Saying Boarding Started
We were not taken to the flight one hour before the flight time. Pegasus stated that we would not be allowed to board the SAW-Van Ferit Melen flight under the pretext that boarding has started, and there was one hour left and I was at the airport. It didn't offer any new deals, didn't offer an alternative next flight, and didn't issue a refund even though we had several calls. As usual, Pegasus has victimized its customers. Flight date and information; Date: 24/06/2023 and PNR no: 9Y44E6 at 7.25. If my money is not refunded, I will apply to Consumer Rights.
