Pegasus Airlines Prevented My Boarding Saying I Was Late
They took advantage of me because they wouldn't let me on the flight I paid for, didn't try to help me at all. I bought a ticket for the flight from Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen to Kayseri on December 6, 2023, at 23:20. Even though I had paid for the ticket and got to the airport 50 minutes before my flight, they wouldn't let me on because they said I was two minutes late. No one helped me even though I told them several times that I had just come from the hospital, my 7-month-old child was waiting for me at the Kayseri airport, and I was in a tough spot.Besides that, they made me pay a lot of money to get a ticket (PNR) for the next flight. Isn't this an unfair gain? I thought that Pegasus was a business-like and professional organization, but they are not at all like that. They don't seem to care about how happy their customers are, and they are clearly making money in an unfair way. They should feel bad about it!
