Delays, Miscommunication, and Denied Boarding at Pegasus Airlines

On July 18, 2023, I was scheduled to fly on Pegasus from SAW to ERZ at 18:40; however, I received a message informing me that the flight would now depart at 19:10. After two hours, I received a second message stating that the time had been reset to its original setting. Despite the fact that I was at Gate 410B at 18:30, they did not let me in and instead let other people in ahead of us. An additional employee insisted on closing the gates despite the request of a fellow passenger to wait for the bus. At this point, the plane hadn't even taken off. I demand that my ticket purchase be refunded, and if that is not possible, I am prepared to seek compensation through legal means.
