Pegasus Airlines Canceled My Ticket at Check-In Despite Arriving Early
I arrived at the airport at 6:00 am to catch my flight with Pegasus Airlines, only to be faced with a nightmare. First, my initial ticket was canceled, forcing me to buy a second one. Then, even though I waited at the check-in counter with 45 minutes left before boarding, I was told that my check-in time had “closed,” and they effectively canceled my second ticket as well. Pegasus Airlines, this is unacceptable. I plan to file complaints everywhere possible, as I am not the only one affected – other passengers were also left stranded, feeling wronged and frustrated. You cannot continue to take passengers’ money and deny them their right to board. I demand that Pegasus take responsibility for this mishandling and compensate me for my lost flights.
