On June 29, 2024, I flew with Pegasus Airlines from Medina to Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport. Upon arrival, I discovered that many passengers, including myself, were missing their luggage. We were told this was due to weight restrictions on the aircraft.
The airline promised to contact us within two days, but no one called. When I try to inquire about my suitcase, they can't provide any information. They haven't even confirmed if it's been found yet.
My suitcase contained gifts, and I'm embarrassed about not being able to give them to people. If my luggage eventually arrives, I'll likely have to ship these items separately now.
This situation is unacceptable. Please locate my suitcase. It seems no one knows what's happening, which is deeply concerning and frustrating.
