I Paid for a Meal on Pegasus Airlines but Didn’t Receive It During My Flight

On April 24, 2025, I flew from Sabiha Gökçen to Tbilisi on the 13:45 Pegasus Airlines flight. When booking my ticket, I paid extra for both checked baggage and an in-flight meal. However, to my frustration, the meal I paid for was never served during the flight.
I asked the cabin crew about it, and after speaking not only with a flight attendant but also the cabin chief, I was told the meal could not be provided. Their only suggestion? “Submit a complaint and request a refund.” But that’s not the point. I didn’t want my money back—I wanted the service I had already paid for. I even showed my ticket, which clearly indicated that a meal was included. Yet they claimed it “didn’t appear on their system” and offered no real explanation. Just more excuses and vague reassurances.
I find it completely unacceptable that Pegasus can take payment for a service, fail to deliver it, and then shift responsibility back onto the customer. This isn’t just about a missed meal—it’s about trust and accountability. I demand a formal explanation and expect Pegasus Airlines to resolve this issue properly, not just dismiss it with empty apologies.
Progress
I purchased a meal-inclusive ticket for the Tbilisi-Sabiha Gökçen flight, but no meal was served. I was told to file a complaint and I would get my money back, but the cabin crew showed no initiative at all. Even though I showed my ticket and said 'look, it says here,' they didn't care. I had a similar problem on the Tbilisi flight as well.
