Pegasus Airlines Baggage for Aktau Flight Did Not Arrive
My baggage with the number PC0699355, belonging to Pegasus Airlines flight PC232 on August 4, 2024, at 21:50, did not arrive in Aktau. The baggage was handed over to the express baggage system at Sabiha Gokcen. However, this time there was an anomaly; the baggage was not directly taken to the belt, but collected by an attendant on the side!
Most of the over 200 passengers on the same flight to Aktau also did not receive their baggage. A report was filed at the airport's lost and found office. I waited at the airport for more than two hours for the procedures. I am here for work and now I am without my belongings! I was informed that the next Pegasus flight to Aktau will be on Thursday (July 8). I have to fly to Astana on July 7. Where will my baggage go?!
