Lost Luggage on Pegasus Flight to Stuttgart - One Bag Missing with No Updates

On August 4, 2024, we took the 11:15 Pegasus flight from Sabiha Gökçen to Stuttgart and checked in two bags. Upon arrival in Stuttgart, we only received one bag—the other one is missing. We filed a report about the lost luggage, but when we called customer service, they told us that nothing could be done for 24 hours.

Our missing bag contains valuable items, and who knows what could happen to them during that time? They can't even tell us where the bag is. We demand a solution immediately!
