Pegasus Airlines Lost My Luggage on Flight PC1872 and Refuses Compensation

On August 9, 2024, I flew with Pegasus Airlines on flight PC1872 from Ercan, Northern Cyprus, to Antalya Airport. Upon arrival, I discovered that my luggage was missing. I went to the Lost and Found department at Antalya Airport, and they helped me file a "Çelebi" report for my lost bag. The report number is 'AYTPC13896'. I emailed all the necessary documents to Pegasus Guest Relations, only to receive an email stating they cannot compensate me.
I called them multiple times to see if there was anything I could do. Each time, they told me there was nothing more I could provide and confirmed that I had submitted all required documents. Now they're saying they can't pay compensation because there's no tag number, which was never mentioned before.
I feel utterly victimized and ignored. They've used every excuse to delay and avoid taking responsibility. I've been waiting for days without any resolution, and this situation is not my fault. There seems to be a security lapse on their end. Pegasus Airlines lost my suitcase and has offered no solution-focused response. I urge the company to take responsibility immediately, address this issue, and compensate me for my lost luggage.
