At 19:40 on August 11, 2023, I boarded Sabiha Gökçen - Dalaman flight PC2296. I handed over my luggage to a Pegasus representative by scanning it on the baggage delivery conveyor, using baggage receipt number PC0826319673479. My luggage did not arrive when I arrived in Dalaman. To document the incident, we filed a report with the reference number DLMP25207. Today is the fourth day, and I'm still unsure about the whereabouts of my luggage. My vacation came to an end, and when I returned to Istanbul, I not only lost valuable possessions but also had to buy new clothes and necessities, incurring additional costs on top of my losses. Despite numerous calls to the lost baggage helpline and the presence of numerous security cameras and stringent security measures, no updates on the location of my luggage have been provided. I urgently require information on the status of my luggage.
