Pegasus Lost My Luggage on Flight PC1043 and I Got No Help at Hamburg Airport
On July 21, I flew from Istanbul to Hamburg with Pegasus Airlines, flight number PC 1043. When I arrived in Hamburg, I was shocked to find that my luggage never arrived. I waited around the baggage claim area for hours, but it was nowhere to be found.
What made the situation worse was that no one at the airport was available to help. I spent four hours trying to get assistance, and there wasn’t a single Pegasus representative on site. I couldn’t reach anyone by phone or through any help desks. I was completely abandoned in a foreign country without my belongings.
To this day, my luggage is still missing, and it contained all of my clothing, personal items, and essential belongings. I’m now stuck with nothing but what I wore on the flight.
This is absolutely unacceptable. I demand that Pegasus locate my baggage immediately or refund me the ₺ value of its contents and replacement expenses. The lack of support and accountability from the airline has been appalling. I expect urgent action — not excuses.
