On September 28, 2024, during my 6:30 AM flight from Sabiha Gökçen to Trabzon with Pegasus Airlines, my luggage was lost. I’m a student, and all my clothes and personal belongings were in that suitcase, leaving me in a very difficult situation. Despite filing a report, it has now been 5 days, and I have received no updates or communication from Pegasus. I urgently need my luggage returned. This lack of response is extremely frustrating, and I expect immediate action to resolve this matter.
