Lost Baggage Nightmare with Pegasus Airlines

On July 4th, 2024, I took a flight with Pegasus Airlines from Berlin to Sabiha Gökçen and then to Dalaman. When I reached Dalaman, I couldn't find my checked baggage anywhere. Even though I reported my loss, it's been 6 days and I still haven't heard back from anyone in charge. It's quite frustrating that a company known for its attention to detail regarding weight limits, like Pegasus Airlines, seems to struggle with keeping track of passengers' luggage and doesn't seem to show much concern for the situation I'm in.
