Royal Canin Urinary S/O Cat Food Order Still Not Shipped
On October 29, 2025, I placed an order for Royal Canin Urinary S/O 3.5 kg cat food through the Pazarama mobile app. My order number is 5996***34, and I paid ₺1,755 by credit card. However, despite the time that has passed, my order has still not been shipped. I contacted the seller multiple times but received no response. I also submitted a support request through the Pazarama app, yet no reply was provided. When I called customer service, they told me, “We will get back to you,” but no one has contacted me since. I had previously shopped with Pazarama and experienced a similar problem, and it’s disappointing to see that nothing has changed with my second order. I want my order to be shipped as soon as possible. Due to this experience, I no longer trust Pazarama and do not plan to shop from them again. I request that my issue be resolved urgently.
