On September 5, 2025, I placed an order for a Cerave serum through Dermohanem’s official website. I even received an email stating that my order was “ready for shipment,” but despite waiting for a long time, the product never arrived. No tracking information was ever provided either.
I was not given an order number, so unfortunately I cannot share that detail. The payment of ₺850 was made via credit card. During this entire process, I tried multiple times to contact Dermohanem customer service, but my calls were never answered.
I am requesting that this issue be resolved immediately and that my order be shipped to me without further delay.
