On August 17, 2025, I placed orders on the Shein app totaling ₺4764 under the codes gso1wy42r001pm8, paltr0001943422yq, and gso1wy42r00n0yg. My delivery address was entered correctly as Cumhuriyet Mah. Kosova Sok. 1/3 k.3 d.9, C*** İnşaat, Tekirdağ/Kapaklı. Despite this, I never received my products. Instead, I got a notification saying, “Returned shipment received by processing center” even though nothing was delivered to me.
I paid in full, but Shein failed to deliver my items, and I haven’t been able to reach their customer service in any way. No refund has been issued either. This is the first time I have experienced such a serious problem, and it has left me frustrated and disappointed.
I demand that Shein immediately resend my products or issue a full refund of ₺4764. Ignoring paying customers like this is unacceptable, and I expect a quick resolution without further delay.
