Ninja Luxe Cafe Coffee Machine Not Shipped

On October 13, 2025, I placed an order for a Ninja Luxe Cafe coffee machine through Pazarama and paid ₺24,499. My order number is 836505609, and the delivery address is listed as Esenler, Istanbul. Despite several days having passed, my product has still not been shipped. During this time, I contacted customer service two days in a row and was told each time that my request for urgency had been forwarded, yet no progress has been made. I have never experienced such an issue before. I am currently facing inconvenience solely because the product has not been dispatched. I request that my order be shipped as soon as possible and that this issue be resolved promptly.
