Zara Store Pickup Order Never Arrived and No Response From Customer Service
On September 6, 2025, I placed an order through the Zara app for a kids’ cargo jogger pant (order number 5432*16) and selected store pickup at Zara Palladium. However, my package has never arrived and I still have not received the item. I contacted Zara customer service twice via WhatsApp, but never got a response or any solution. I paid 370 TL by credit card, and since the return period is about to expire, I am increasingly worried that the product will never reach me. It is extremely disappointing that a global brand like Zara cannot resolve such a simple delivery issue and leaves customers without support. I urgently request that my order be located and delivered to me immediately, or that a full refund be processed without delay.
