My Horrible Experience with Paribu Customer Service

Before I asked for a withdrawal from VakıfBank, I called Paribu's customer service and asked if there were any problems with making a withdrawal request. The representative told me there wouldn't be any problems, so I put in a request to withdraw 93,925 TL. But the money never showed up in my bank account. When I called back, they told me that VakıfBank was having trouble with withdrawals. I called again, but customer service at Paribu kept giving me automated messages instead of helping me figure out what to do. I'm remorseful I ever used Paribu, and I won't use them again. I want this problem to be fixed right away because I don't want to wait any longer.
