I attempted to withdraw 1000 TL from v** ATM 001906 on June 2, 2023. Unfortunately, the money became stuck in the machine and I never received it. My Yapi Kredi account with IBAN tr4200067010000***, on the other hand, was debited for 1000 TL. I contacted the bank right away and filed a complaint. They promised to resolve it within the legally mandated 15-day period. Despite the passage of nearly a month, no one has contacted or inquired about the problem. Yapi Kredi and v** have both disappointed me greatly. I will continue to file complaints with the appropriate authorities until the situation is resolved. My trust in Yapi Kredi has been eroded by the prolonged delay in addressing my complaint.
