VakıfBank Did Not Refund Full Amount After Halkbank ATM Swallowed My Money
I used my VakıfBank debit card to deposit money into my account at a Halkbank ATM, but the machine swallowed ₺400. I promptly contacted customer service about the issue. After ten days, they refunded ₺200 of the total amount, but the other ₺200 has still not been returned, even after two months have passed. I’ve reached out to customer service numerous times to check on my issue, but there’s been no advancement at all. Dealing with these delays is incredibly frustrating, particularly since I reported the issue right away. I am truly disappointed by the absence of action and the unclear communication. I anticipated a more seamless resolution to an issue that originated from their ATM initially. I need this issue resolved without further delay.
