I Canceled My QR Deposit but Did Not Get Back 11700 TL From VakıfBank ATM

On 12.05.2025, between 23:00 and 23:20, I tried to deposit money at the Garanti ATM located at the Ankara Terminal. Since the ATM was out of service, I attempted to deposit 11,700 TL using a QR code at the nearby VakıfBank ATM. I canceled the transaction because the service fee was too high, but the ATM did not return my money. It has been three weeks, and I still haven’t received the funds. I have no money, and this situation has seriously affected me. I went to the Garanti branch and submitted a written complaint. They initially said it would be resolved within three weeks, but now they’re telling me it could take three months. I don’t understand what they’re waiting for. I’m suffering because of my own money. I want this issue resolved immediately. I’m unemployed and unable to make my payments due to this mistake.
