My Pandora Charm Broke After Three Months - They Blamed It on User Error

The end part of my bracelet with 26 Pandora charms has broken. I can’t understand how a charm that sits on a bracelet worn on the wrist can break due to user error. They’re making comments as if a car ran over it or someone stepped on it. If a car really did run over it, then why is only one charm—specifically the one on the bracelet—broken, while the others remain intact? They use this kind of reasoning just to label it as user error. This is not a cheap product; it was purchased on February 26, and today is June 3—how can it end up like this in just three months? Don’t these products come with any warranty?
