Swarovski Necklace Gift Shows Defects After Few Uses

On July 9, I purchased a Swarovski necklace as a gift for a friend and gave it to her in early August. My friend mentioned she wore it alongside a Pandora necklace her mother gifted her, and after only a few days of combined wear, she noticed defects on the Swarovski necklace beads. We took it to the Antalya Terracity store for an inspection, but it was returned with the claim of “user error.” Interestingly, there’s no damage to the silver chain or the star pendant on the necklace, and the Pandora necklace, worn simultaneously, also remains in perfect condition. If this issue were truly user-caused, why would only one part of the Swarovski necklace show signs of wear, while the rest—and the Pandora necklace—remain intact? This was an expensive gift, and to see it show damage so soon is disappointing. I am seeking a solution from Swarovski to address this quality concern properly.
