Pandora Necklace Tarnished & Broke In 1 Year – Warranty Denied
Last year, I purchased a necklace from Pandora as a special gift for my girlfriend. Despite careful and occasional use, the necklace started showing excessive tarnishing and eventually broke within a year. We submitted the item for inspection, expecting it to be covered under the brand’s stated warranty. However, to our disappointment, the issue was evaluated as “user damage” due to impact, and thus not covered under warranty. I must emphasize that the necklace was never subjected to any external damage or misuse—it was worn with great care. Pandora clearly states on its official website that products are covered for manufacturing defects for up to two years from the date of purchase. Yet, despite our explanation and the obvious quality concern, our claim was rejected without any meaningful resolution. Upon researching further, I discovered that many other customers have experienced similar issues, with their complaints also dismissed as user error. This pattern is concerning and raises questions about Pandora’s commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction. We kindly request a reassessment of our case and a resolution to this disappointing experience. As loyal customers who chose Pandora for its reputation and supposed quality, we hope to see this matter handled with the care and professionalism it deserves.
