Pandora Moments Open Bangle Stopper Fell Off and No Help
I purchased a Moments Open Bangle bracelet from Pandora , with the invoice dated 16.08.2024. One of the stoppers has fallen off. On 03.06.2025, I visited the nearest Pandora store to my home, which is Istanbul Buyaka Pandora, to ask what could be done about the issue. A store assistant took the item and filled out a customer service form. They told me that if a single stopper could be found — for example, on display — the issue might be resolved. On 11.06.2025, I received a call saying that the product was rejected. Pandora customer service phone is not working. I expect Pandora to offer a reasonable solution. I cannot use the product in its current state. Even an ordinary silver shop can repair the items they sell, yet Pandora says there’s nothing to be done? Isn’t it quite unprofessional to simply say, “We couldn’t find the stopper, please come and pick up the product”? This kind of response raised my expectations for a solution.
