Pandora's Poor Quality Bracelet And Rude Employee

My Pandora bracelet turned black within 3 weeks. When I went to the Izmir İstinye Park branch to discuss the issue, I was rudely told that it was silver and would darken. I've been using Pandora bracelets for years, and they've never been this black. I haven't been to the beach or the pool in three weeks with this bracelet. How does this happen? I believe it's a factory error. I complained about the store employee's sarcastic and rude attitude.
