Oysho Order Delivery Issue – Marked Undelivered Despite Availability
I placed an order with Oysho, and since yesterday, the tracking status showed it was out for delivery. However, now it states "undeliverable," which is completely inaccurate. I was in my dorm all day, and no one attempted to contact me or deliver the package. I didn’t even receive a phone call. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a frustrating issue. The lack of proper communication and accountability is unacceptable. I urgently request that my package be delivered as soon as possible and that Oysho ensures this doesn’t happen again. Please resolve this issue immediately and provide better support for delivery concerns.
