Oysho Canceled My Order Without Asking – Tracking Number Invalid

I placed an order from Oysho on February 1, 2025. The system showed that my package would be delivered by February 5, but for days, the status just said “in transit” with no updates.
Today, I called the shipping company to check, using the tracking number provided. However, they told me the tracking number was invalid and that my package didn’t exist in their system. After a lot of effort, I finally reached Oysho’s customer service through WhatsApp, and they told me they needed to check with their headquarters. But instead of resolving the issue, they canceled my order without even informing me!
I did not request a cancellation—I want my order delivered as promised. Oysho, fix this and send my items immediately!

On 12.02.2025, I spoke with a customer representative on Oysho's website. They claimed that the product was damaged during shipping and therefore returned to them. Since the previous customer service said that the product had not physically left the warehouse (as stated in my initial messages), I repeatedly asked about the status of my product, and they finally admitted that it was out of stock. How can you sell a product that is not in stock to people? You are victimizing people in this way. I waited for the product for days, and I didn't buy the coat I found from another brand just because I was expecting my product to arrive. Now I can't buy that coat either because it's no longer in stock. Unfortunately, the grievances you cause to people do not end with an apology.
