Oysho Online Order Delayed – No Response from Customer Service

I placed an online order (No. 60070429404) with Oysho on November 27, 2024, and paid in full. The estimated delivery date was December 2, but it still hasn’t been shipped. For two days, I’ve been reaching out to customer service with no resolution. When I called the support center, I was told there’s a delay due to high demand. This explanation is unacceptable, as even platforms like Epttavm manage faster deliveries.

I never expected such unprofessionalism from Oysho. This experience has been so frustrating that I will never shop here again. I urgently request that my order is shipped immediately and delivered by Friday at the latest. Oysho, this needs to be resolved now!
