I ordered a pair of leggings from Oysho, with an estimated delivery date of December 4. While the order status shows that it was out for delivery, the package never arrived. The tracking number is inaccessible, and no one has reached out to inform me about any delays or issues.

As a customer, why am I left to figure out the problem on my own? The email confirmation provided no contact details or updates regarding the situation. It’s shocking that a well-known brand like Oysho lacks proper post-purchase support.

I am extremely frustrated and demand that my order be delivered to me immediately. It’s unacceptable to face this much hassle after paying for a product. If buying online is this unreliable, why offer the service at all? Please resolve this issue urgently.
