I made and paid for a hotel reservation online through OtelZ, but just one minute later, the hotel called me directly to say that they wouldn’t honor the booking. The reason? They claimed OtelZ hasn’t been paying their partner hotels, and told me to contact OtelZ to request a refund.
I immediately called OtelZ, and they said someone would get back to me. That never happened. Since then, they’ve stopped answering calls altogether. I’ve been left with no booking, no refund, and no way to speak to a real person.
This is completely unacceptable. I paid ₺ for a service I never received. If OtelZ doesn’t return my money immediately, I will take legal action. This platform clearly cannot be trusted, and others should think twice before using it.
